Tomorrow’s Founders is part of Froda's ambition to promote a more equal, inclusive, and sustainable environment for entrepreneurs. By organizing events with different themes, we want to inspire more people to dare to take the step to start and scale their businesses.

In Sweden, entrepreneurship and the capital used to support entrepreneurs are still unevenly distributed. Companies started by young people, new Swedes, or outside major cities do not have the same opportunities to succeed. Additionally, Sweden is below the EU average when it comes to female entrepreneurship, with only a quarter of all entrepreneurs in Sweden being women.

We want to change that.
