About the role
As part of Froda’s Treasury team, you’ll play a central role in ensuring that we manage our liquidity, financial risks, and capital efficiently to support rapid growth and expansion across markets. In this role, you’ll work broadly across Treasury’s operational responsibilities – including FX management, liquidity planning, and cash management – while also contributing to strategic initiatives and process development. Since we’re a small and agile team, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership, collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, and influence the future direction of our treasury function. This is a dynamic role with room to grow, evolve, and make a tangible impact on Froda’s financial foundation and success.
In your role you will:
- Take ownership of day-to-day cash and liquidity management, ensuring efficient flows across accounts and markets
- Lead the execution and continuous development of FX management processes, including hedging strategies and FX liquidity planning
- Support financial risk management initiatives, with a focus on currency and liquidity risk
- Develop and improve cash forecasting models and reporting routines to strengthen forward-looking financial planning
- Drive treasury-related projects and strategic initiatives, often in collaboration with other teams such as Finance, Product, and Data
- Identify and implement improvements and automation opportunities within Treasury processes
- Maintain and refine routines for compliance with regulatory requirements related to liquidity and financial risk
- Contribute to regulatory reporting and ensure operational routines align with applicable liquidity risk related requirements, including monitoring and developing processes in response to new and evolving regulations
- Play an active role in shaping how Treasury supports the business, bringing forward ideas and driving initiatives from concept to implementation
Who you are:
- You have 3–5 years of experience in treasury, preferably from a financial institution or fintech
- Hands-on experience in areas such as cash management, liquidity planning, hedging, and/or financial risk management
- You are highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in improving processes and driving operational excellence
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data – experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus
- You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoy taking initiative and ownership
- You have a strong understanding of financial products and a P&L-driven mindset
- Academic background (BSc or MSc) in finance, business, engineering, or a similar field
- Fluent in both Swedish and English
